Sea Born Monthly Photo Contest Official Rules (Revised)

Eligibility: This Contest is open to legal residents of jurisdictions where such contests are permitted by law, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Composite Research, Inc. (the "Company"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and members of their immediate family or household are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Contest Period: The Contest begins and ends as specified in the promotional materials. Entries submitted before or after the Contest period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: Eligible participants can enter the Contest by submitting up to 20 photos each month, taken onboard or with a Sea Born boat in the background. ENTRY CUTOFF IS THE 15th OF EACH MONTH. All entries submitted after the 15th are automatically entered in the next month’s contest.

Submission Guidelines:
Submissions must be original, unpublished work that does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Entries must not contain content deemed inappropriate, indecent, offensive, or illegal by the Company.

By submitting an entry, Contestants agree to follow the rules and regulations set forth in these Official Rules.

Rights Granted by Contestant: By entering this Contest, each Contestant grants the Company a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display their Submission in any media for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, advertising, and any other digital or print campaigns. The Contestant also provides a complete release of rights to the Company, relinquishing any claims to compensation or ownership.

Selection of Winners: The photo with the most verifiable social media engagement wins. Specifically, the photo with the most Facebook shares will win a monthly prize pack. This prize pack will include various promotional items and may also include discounts or gift cards to our online store. The Company's decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Company reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

General Conditions: Participation in the Contest constitutes the Contestant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. By participating, Contestants also agree that submissions do not constitute an acknowledgment of winning the Contest, and the use of any Submission by the Company does not indicate the Contestant has won.

Limitations of Liability: The Company is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest.

Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF GEORGIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Georgia having jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Company's website.

Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by Composite Research, Inc., Makers of Sea Born, Sundance, & Spyder Boats, with a principal place of business at the address specified in promotional materials.
